Job summary

Arik Construction is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. The role supports HR documentation, records, attendance, and government compliance while handling employee concerns and ensuring policy adherence.

The successful candidate will oversee onboarding, file maintenance, performance processes, and HR reporting, working closely with management to uphold labor law standards and confidential information handling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
• With experience in HR generalist functions or end-to-end HR operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records.
• Professional, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Can work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Willing to work onsite at TK Maxx Building, Roces Avenue, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, applicant screening, interview coordination, selection, and hiring.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, including pre-employment requirements, employment contracts, orientation, and personnel records.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee files, HR records, contracts, and documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, schedules, and other employment-related records.
• Process and coordinate employee requirements with govt agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Address employee inquiries and concerns and provide guidance on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in implementation and enforcement of company policies, rules, and HR procedures.
• Prepare HR reports, memos, notices, certificates, and other HR-related documents.
• Monitor employee performance evaluation and other development activities.
• Handle employee offboarding, including resignation/termination documentation, clearance, exit interviews, final requirements.
