Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an organized HR Specialist to support recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and labor compliance. You will work closely with the General Manager, Directors, clients and department heads to implement HR policies and ensure compliance while delivering excellent HR support.

The role covers HR operations, documentation, performance initiatives, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• At least 3 years progressive HR experience, preferably generalist or specialist.
• End-to-end recruitment experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment laws.
• Experience in employee relations, disciplinary procedures and performance management.
• Payroll processing, timekeeping, attendance, and payroll computations knowledge.
• Experience with compensation & benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, HMO).
• Basic knowledge of government permits, permits, and registrations.
• Experience coordinating with clients, management and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee concerns; handle disciplinary matters with confidentiality.
• Support timekeeping, attendance, overtime, and payroll data accuracy.
• Administer government-m mandated benefits and benefits enrollment.
• Ensure HR policies and labor law compliance across the organization.
• Prepare HR documents, employment contracts, and confidential records.
• Coordinate with clients and management on manpower requirements and HR initiatives.
