Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation seeks an HR Supervisor to bridge the HR Manager and frontline HR team, overseeing performance, quality, and development across Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Engagement. This role is the first escalation point for ER, compliance, and service issues, and owns QA, coaching, process improvement, and HR policy/SOP rollout.

Hybrid work setup with occasional travel for HR-related transactions, trainings, or company events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience with prior team supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor law and DOLE regulations.
• Exposure across ER, Recruitment, C&B, Engagement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team KPI performance and coach Specialists to maintain quality.
• Serve as first-level escalation point for ER, compliance, and service issues.
• Run QA audits across onboarding, recruitment, C&B, and ER transactions.
• Conduct regular coaching and 1:1s to close skill gaps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and monitor SLAs for the team.
• Track attrition and support exit interviews.
• Consolidate and submit KPI reports on time.
• Lead at least one process improvement or automation initiative per quarter.
• Draft, review, and maintain HR policies and SOPs.
• Roll out new policies/SOPs and verify compliance via QA checks.
