Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation is seeking an HR Operations Specialist who will serve as the on-the-ground HR generalist for our site. You will own the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—and act as the primary point of contact for staff on HR matters.

You will implement policies, manage documentation, support payroll and benefits, assist with recruitment coordination, employee relations, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years HR generalist experience with employee relations, recruitment support, compensation & benefits, and engagement.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor law, DOLE regulations, and disciplinary due process.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, scheduling, and exit processing.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready 201 files and employee records.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for HR concerns and policy execution.
• Support payroll, leave, benefits, and attendance queries and escalations.
