Dermorepubliq Corporation seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and records management. You will handle external hiring and internal movements, ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy.

You will collaborate with managers, maintain accurate HRIS records, and generate recruitment analytics to support decision-making. A hybrid work setup is offered with emphasis on process efficiency.

Formación

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment operations.
• Experience with external recruitment and internal movements (promotions/transfers).
• Exposure to HRIS/ATS systems and recruitment analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for external and internal hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and align with goals.
• Oversee onboarding, pre-employment requirements, and new employee record updates.
