Job summary

GTW Retail and Leisure Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, documentation, and policy implementation. You will work closely with department heads to address staffing needs and ensure smooth HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, documentation, and policy implementation.
• Works closely with department heads to address staffing needs and ensure smooth HR processes.
• Assist with workforce planning and recruitment (posting, screening, scheduling).
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR policy inquiries.
• Support performance appraisal processes and objective-setting.
• Organize training sessions and maintain training records.
• Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
• Maintain employee files and ensure HR documentation compliance.
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with exit interviews and offboarding.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
