Job summary

You will use data and analytics to anticipate HR needs, support workforce planning, and enable enterprise initiatives such as leadership frameworks and a digital workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and leadership in HR.
• Ability to build HR operating plans and roadmaps.
• Broad generalist HR skills across populations with FMCG/CPG exposure.
• Ability to develop partnerships and coach senior leaders.
• Experience guiding large-scale change and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner on organization design and people plans aligned to strategy.
• Lead workforce analytics to inform decisions and drive business results.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard talent.
• Review compensation programs and support decisions beyond guidelines.
• Enable enterprise-wide initiatives such as leadership frameworks and digital workplace.
• Design effective organization structures and evolving ways of working.
