Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an experienced Senior Head of Human Resources to lead the regional HR function for the Philippines, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. The role serves as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, overseeing Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of progressive HR experience with regional leadership.
• Experience partnering with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading multiple HR functions across countries.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing a regional HR shared services model.
• Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels regionally.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience driving organizational development and talent management.
