Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in global or multi-region HR operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Track record of transformation and continuous improvement in a complex global organization.
• Familiarity with shared services operating models and governance.
• Interest in AI-enabled HR service delivery and automation.
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Work & Life team delivering service, shaping a customer-focused organization.
• Own the global service strategy and operating model for Work & Life, balancing standards with local requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement using AI, automation, virtual agents and self-service at scale.
• Identify opportunities to improve work delivery through technology and new ways of working.
• Establish service performance measures and use data and feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
• Lead service performance reviews with People leadership and key stakeholders to drive priorities.
• Partner across People Services, Technology and other functions to connect processes across the employee journey.
• Strengthen governance, controls and compliance with global standards and local requirements.
• Oversee external partners and vendors to ensure value and quality of Work & Life services.
• Manage the Work & Life budget and resources, aligning investments with strategic priorities.
• Lead organizational change and coach teams to adopt new processes and technologies.
• Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning within the team.
• Develop leaders and team members for the future of People Services.
