Job summary

enov8tive is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager in Metro Manila to lead the People & Culture function, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws while fostering a positive, mission-driven workplace.

You will design HR policies, manage employee relations, and drive initiatives for growth and well-being, including talent development, performance management, payroll collaboration with Finance, and leadership pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years HR experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
Proven track record in policy design, employee relations, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Empathetic, strategic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end HR processes, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor law.
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with laws and company values.
Advise employees and managers on grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Lead performance appraisals, set KPIs, and support coaching.
Design programs to improve satisfaction, recognition, and retention, including wellness and learning.
Identify skill gaps and implement training to upskill employees and leadership pipelines.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure payroll processing and benefits compliance.
Provide leadership with workforce planning and organizational development insights.
