Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Senior People and Culture Operations Manager in Metro Manila to lead end-to-end HR operations, advisory support, and compliance across multiple locations. The role emphasizes employee lifecycle management, payroll oversight, and a strong focus on employee relations and engagement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach a high-performing group, and drive improvements in HR service delivery while maintaining policy standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 10 years of HR experience, including around 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience using HR case management systems.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to handle complex employee relations cases and inquiries.
• Experience working in multi-location or global environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI and digital tools in HR operations (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and systems thinking skills.
• Proven ability to coach, lead teams, and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Provide advisory support to business leaders on employee relations and HR matters.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, absence management, and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system integrity.
• Drive operational excellence and efficient HR service delivery.
• Support the implementation of people strategies and HR initiatives.
• Analyze employee feedback to improve engagement and overall employee experience.
• Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex HR and business issues.
• Coach and guide team members while supporting high-performing teams.
• Uphold organizational standards, code of conduct, and professional guidelines.
