Job summary

Private Advertiser in Taguig City is seeking an experienced HR Manager to shape and execute HR initiatives across the organization. This full-time role oversees policies, recruitment, employee relations, training and payroll, ensuring compliance with Philippine laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR leadership, strong knowledge of PH employment regulations, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a progressive HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippines employment laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations and talent management.
• Strong understanding of compensation, benefits and payroll administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
• Demonstrated proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Problem-solving capability with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Professional certification such as CHRP, PHR or equivalent HR credentials is highly desirable.
• Experience in the security services or technology sectors would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive HR policies and guidelines aligned with company values and legal requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job advertising, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
• Design and deliver employee training and development programmes to enhance skills and career progression.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with line managers to support workforce planning and organisational development.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
