Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations required.

• Lead end-to-end HR operations for Manila offices.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and cultural fit.
• Manage employee relations and investigations with due process.
