Job summary
Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced People & Culture Development Manager to lead HR operations, employee development, and culture initiatives to support growth and workforce engagement. You will drive strategic HR leadership, oversee compensation and benefits, and manage onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and workforce planning while promoting remote-work programs and employee well-being.

Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and Independent Contractor (VA) regulations
- Experience in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and performance management
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or similar process improvement background is an advantage

- Lead training, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
