You will drive performance management, payroll coordination, and training initiatives while ensuring compliant HR processes across the business. The role emphasizes high-volume hiring for frontline and managerial staff, policy governance, and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in employee relations and high-volume workforce management within F&B.
• Knowledge of labor laws and restaurant industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment for frontline and managerial roles.
• Coordinate manpower planning, staffing levels, and onboarding.
• Address staffing gaps, turnover, and succession with managers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee concerns and disciplinary matters.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Implement performance evaluation processes and coaching.
• Administer compensation structures and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate onboarding and mandatory training programs.
• Track training compliance and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain HR records and prepare headcount and turnover reports.
