Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an HR Leader in Bulacan, Philippines to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management across logistics, operations, and corporate teams.

You will develop manpower plans, coordinate staffing with department heads, and implement effective recruitment strategies while ensuring policy compliance and a positive work culture. Experience in high-volume hiring for operational roles is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics, operations, and corporate roles.
• Develop manpower plans based on operational and business requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure fair implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Mediate conflicts and provide guidance to managers on HR-related issues.
• Implement and manage the performance appraisal system.
• Support department heads in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee compensation programs.
• Ensure competitiveness and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Manage government-mandated benefits and employee records.
• Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
• Develop leadership and skills development programs for operational staff.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and government regulations.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
• Maintain proper documentation of employee records and HR reports.
• Oversee daily HR operations including attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR metrics and generate reports for management decision-making.
• Support audits and regulatory requirements related to HR.
