Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee a broad range of HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. The role will support day-to-day HR operations while partnering with employees and management on people-related matters.

Experience in logistics, maritime, or related industries is highly preferred, and leadership experience is a plus. This is an onsite role based in Bauan, Batangas, working Monday to Friday during dayshift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of general HR experience, covering various HR facets such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR administration.
• Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of people management or leadership experience.
• Experience in the logistics, maritime, transportation, shipping, or related industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day HR operations across various HR functions, ensuring timely and effective delivery of HR services.
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Handle employee relations concerns and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, employee development, and related HR initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs and other employee-related processes.
• Coordinate and support training and development initiatives based on organizational and employee needs.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team and other stakeholders, as needed.
