Job summary

You will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and regulatory compliance, while driving talent acquisition across all levels. Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years in Human Resources.
• Experience handling HR operations at national or multi-site level.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in corporate HR environments combining strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee national HR operations, including workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and regulatory compliance
• Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization
• Manage employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning to enhance workforce productivity
• Ensure effective execution and adoption of HR systems for streamlined HR operations and reporting
• Partner with leadership to provide guidance on organizational development, policy enforcement, and change management
• Promote a positive corporate culture through strong communication, collaboration, and employee relations practices
• Oversee training and development programs to build capabilities and support career growth
