Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. seeks a Specialist in People Planning & Analytics to transform people data into a reliable foundation for growth. Based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, the role offers a hybrid work model and close collaboration with Finance, Technology, and HR leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

You will design, maintain, and audit HR data systems, ensuring data integrity and delivering monthly and quarterly analyses to support strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field - or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, including people data analysis.
• Clear communicator with experience collaborating across Finance, Technology, and HR functions in matrixed, global environments.
• Amenable to working Mid-Shift and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Technology, and People team leaders to deliver meaningful analysis and support data-driven decisions at scale.
• Analyze, design, and maintain people data and metrics systems to support planning and analytics initiatives.
• Review data and system integrations for accuracy and integrity; troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Design and deliver ad-hoc people analyses using a thorough understanding of data collection and analysis methods.
• Monitor evolving people data needs and recommend system enhancements to meet changing requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide input on how data should be organized across people platforms and dashboards.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly audits of people data in partnership with Finance and People Operations team, diagnose errors and propose fixes.
• Maintain and improve existing People data products and services and provide vacation coverage.
