Studio West Philippines is seeking a People Analytics professional to transform workforce data into meaningful insights for a US-based company. You will develop dashboards, report on hiring, retention, engagement, and organizational health, and partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to drive data-informed decisions.

You will work a US-friendly schedule from a hybrid setup in the Philippines, leveraging Power BI, Tableau, and Python to deliver executive-ready visuals and actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, or BI roles.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with business impact.
• Advanced Excel and experience with large datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards in Power BI/Tableau and HRIS familiarity.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to work during US business hours (night schedule) with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Builds, maintains, and improves dashboards providing workforce insights for leaders and stakeholders.
• Analyzes workforce trends across hiring, retention, turnover, promotions, engagement, and health.
• Transforms complex data into actionable insights for business decisions.
• Develops recurring and ad hoc reports to support planning and HR strategy.
• Partners with Finance to connect workforce insights with performance and priorities.
• Supports employee engagement surveys and listening initiatives with data analysis.
• Uses AI tools to automate reporting and improve insight generation.
• Creates executive-ready visuals and presentations communicating data clearly.
• Monitors KPIs, identifies risks and opportunities, and ensures data quality across systems.
• Supports workforce planning, headcount reporting, and organizational design initiatives.
• Collaborates with HR partners to evaluate programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Suggests improvements to reporting, governance, and analytics workflows.
