Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks a seasoned Head of HR Strategy and Analytics to lead strategic planning, workforce analytics, financial planning, policy management, and executive reporting. This role partners with the Head of HR Digitization to align HR systems, data governance, and strategic initiatives with business goals.

You will drive data-driven insights, oversee HR budgeting and workforce planning, and ensure policies comply with Philippine regulations while delivering predictive analytics

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, analytics, finance, or related disciplines.
• Strong budgeting, financial planning, and executive reporting experience.
• Ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
• Strong knowledge of organizational design and HR metrics.
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and workforce analytics aligned with the business strategy.
• Oversee HR budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Manage workforce planning and organizational insights initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and governance with vendors and service providers.
• Prepare executive HR dashboards, scorecards, andBoard reports.
• Provide strategic guidance on talent risks, investments, and organizational priorities.
