You will transform complex data into narratives, scalable solutions, and continuous improvements that help leaders act with confidence, while delivering analytics, reporting, and recommendations.

• Experience in HR analytics, workforce reporting, and data interpretation.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Strong storytelling with executive-ready presentations and analyses.
• Experience with large datasets and structured analytical approaches.

Mansioni

• Provide consultative support to HR advisors, managers, and leaders on workforce reporting and insights.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc analyses across headcount, attrition, movement, and employee experience metrics.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in workforce data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, self-service reporting, and automation solutions.
• Translate analysis into clear narratives and executive-ready presentations for senior leaders.
• Support workforce planning and business transformation initiatives through data-driven insights.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and design scalable reporting solutions.
• Contribute to data quality improvements and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve data inquiries and support timely delivery.
