Job summary

GUS Education Philippines, Inc. seeks an HR Analytics Specialist (Hybrid) to optimize People data, reporting, and system utilization. You will manage HR technology, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

The role requires 3+ years in People Operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS, dashboards, and data governance. Hybrid work schedule with onsite initial period, located in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, IS, Data Analytics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, HR Tech, People Analytics or HR Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, employee data and People reporting.
• Strong to advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and management information is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated point of contact for assigned People systems and HR technology.
• Maintain accurate employee information and system records.
• Coordinate system updates, user access, testing, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with IT, HR tech vendors, and People/ Culture teams.
