Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selecting qualified candidates
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
• Handle employee relations: conflicts, disciplinary actions, grievances
• Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
• Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll management
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate training programs and identify development needs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
