Job summary

PESO Resources Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to manage HR operations at a bustling manpower agency. The ideal candidate will oversee employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, compliance with labor laws, and lead a dedicated HR team.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or similar, along with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including supervisory functions. We are looking for a proactive leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manpower, staffing, or outsourcing company preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor laws.

Responsibilities
