Great Job HR Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions across our corporate offices. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent development in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive, productive workplace culture while driving employee engagement and retention across our organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in handling complex employee relations and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and motivate qualified employees.
• Oversee performance management systems to ensure effective appraisal and development of employees.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to management on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
