Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced HR Operations Leader to oversee daily HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, and labor compliance.

You will drive setup activities, manage contract transitions, coordinate government registrations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), and ensure smooth onboarding and personnel movements while maintaining strong relations with management and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 6 years of HR experience, preferably with 3 years in a supervisory or equivalent role.
• Experience in company startup, HR operations setup, or employee contract transition to a new employer is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration, compensation and benefits, and Philippine labor laws.
• Hands-on experience in HMO, group life insurance, and statutory benefits setup and administration.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry is preferred.
• Experience working with Japanese management or multinational organizations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems.
• Willing to work on-site in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records, payroll, benefits administration, and labor compliance.
• Lead HR setup activities and facilitate employee contract transitions to a new employing entity.
• Coordinate payroll and timekeeping setup, statutory deductions, and government registrations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
• Manage employee benefits setup and administration, including HMO, group life insurance, and other company benefits.
• Ensure proper employment documentation, onboarding, contract administration, and personnel movements.
• Handle employee relations concerns and coordinate with project management, Finance, government agencies, and external service providers.
• Establish HR monitoring systems, reports, and processes to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
