confidential hires seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations, recruitment and employee relations. You will partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

You will oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and records while ensuring labor compliance across locations. Occasional travel and extended hours during peak periods are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA, psych or related; Master’s advantageous.
• 5+ years in HR, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong recruitment, employee relations, performance mgmt, compensation & benefits, and labor compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, policies and programs.
• Lead recruitment, staffing, onboarding and workforce planning with department leaders.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Drive training, development, career progression and organizational development.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and records.
• Ensure labor compliance with laws and company policies; support health and safety.
