Private Advertiser is seeking a dedicated HR professional to ensure manpower needs are met with quality and timeliness. The role will settle grievances, implement HR policies, and foster a positive corporate culture aligned with company values and labor standards.

The position also involves maintaining HRIS records, updating policies, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring risk management integration across operations.

Responsabilités

• Ensures that the Company's manpower requirement are met in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness
• Ensures and facilitates the effective settlement of employee grievances and labor cases and the implementation of the Company’s Code of Discipline and HR policies and other work-related issues.
• Organizes, facilitates and implements strategies, processes, programs and activities that maintain positive, productive and cohesive work environment within the organization’s corporate culture
• Ensures that the implementation of Company Policies, guidelines, and processesare aligned with the Pasig Head Office and consistent with labor standards, local laws, company direction and values.
• Develops and implements learning approaches and development programs consistent with the Company’s vision, mission, values and employee needs.
• Ensures that employee performance is properly measured and monitored for the purpose of identifying needed improvements, determining merit increases and maximizing employee motivation.
• Aligns and implements corporate activities that promote a positive corporate culture, in line with the Company’s mission and values.
• Manages and ensures the prompt implementation of Company and government-related benefits.
• Manages and regularly updates the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and 201 Records of employees
• Actively participates, promotes, and supports all Company-initiated programs and activities.
• Ensures that risk management function is integrated into all aspects of the business operations.
• Ensures compliance with ISO standards in the specific area of responsibility.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
