Go Lean Health is seeking a polished Patient Care Communications Specialist in the Philippines to handle high-volume patient communications. You will manage calls, texts, emails, and scheduling to ensure a warm, professional patient experience.

The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and HIPAA-compliant communications, with a 30–35 hour workweek and Saturdays as needed. Prior healthcare support experience is preferred, and MacOS proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, and patient messages.
• Experience as Virtual Medical Assistant, Medical Receptionist, or similar healthcare support role.
• Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced clinic.
• Must own a Mac OS device (MacBook, iMac, or Mac mini).
• Reliable, punctual, proactive attendance communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes in a timely, accurate manner.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments in MacPractice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communication notes.
• De-escalate scheduling, billing, and insurance concerns with empathy.
