Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, patient messages.
• Prior experience in healthcare front desk/virtual assistant roles.
• Able to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced clinic.
• Emotional intelligence and patient-service mindset.
• Able to multitask across calls, texts, emails, faxes, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes promptly.
• Schedule new patients and collect intake information.
• Manage scheduling in MacPractice and coordinate with staff.
• Follow up with inactive patients and reactivate patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and notes.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
