Qualifikationen

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent; strong written messaging for SMS, email, and patient-facing texts.

Aufgaben

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and fax-related messages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Schedule new patient appointments and collect intake information.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule existing appointments in MacPractice.
• Prioritize new inquiries and referrals before routine rescheduling.
• Conduct follow-up and reactivation outreach for inactive patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep provider schedule full.
• De-escalate patient concerns related to scheduling, billing, or insurance questions.
• Follow HIPAA standards at all times.
