Qualifications

• Experience in virtual medical/clinical support roles.
• Able to handle high call volume in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and fax-related messages.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments in MacPractice.
• Follow up with inactive patients and convert inquiries to bookings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communication notes.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep provider schedule full.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
