Go Lean Health is seeking a Patient Care Communications Specialist to serve as the voice of the practice. You will be the first contact for current and prospective patients, delivering a warm, calm, and professional experience across phone, text, email, and scheduling workflows.

The role focuses on high-volume patient calls, scheduling, follow-up, and retention. The successful candidate is organized, emotionally aware, and capable of handling concerns with empathy and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, and patient messages.
• Experience as Virtual Medical Assistant or healthcare support role.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and fax messages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments in MacPractice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes.
• De-escalate patient concerns and protect patient privacy per HIPAA.
