GoLean Health is seeking a polished Patient Care Communications Specialist for our chiropractic clinic. You will be the first contact for current and prospective patients, delivering warm, calm, and professional communication across phone, text, email, and scheduling workflows.

This high-volume role emphasizes scheduling, follow-up, and patient retention. You should be organized, empathetic, and able to de-escalate concerns while protecting privacy under HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and strong writing for SMS, email, and messages.
• Prior experience in healthcare support roles such as Virtual Medical Assistant or Front Desk.
• Able to manage high call volume in a fast-paced clinic and multitask across channels.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes in a timely, accurate manner.
• Schedule and manage new and existing patient appointments in MacPractice.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep provider schedules full and organized.
• De-escalate scheduling, billing, and insurance concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA standards at all times.
