Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes in a timely, accurate manner.
• Schedule new patient appointments and manage existing ones in MacPractice.
• Prioritize new inquiries and referrals before routine rescheduling.
• Follow up with inactive patients and assist in converting inquiries into appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes.
