Go Lean Health is seeking a Patient Care Communications Specialist to support a growing chiropractic clinic. The role is the voice of the practice, handling calls, texts, emails, and scheduling with a warm, professional approach.

The ideal candidate will manage high-volume communications, schedule new and existing appointments in MacPractice, and ensure accurate patient records while upholding HIPAA standards. Flexibility with shifts, including Saturdays, is required for coverage.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, messages.
• Experience in high-volume patient communication roles.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes in a timely, accurate manner.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments in MacPractice and follow-up workflows.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• De-escalate billing, scheduling, and insurance questions with empathy.
