Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to partner with Client Managers, driving revenue growth through accurate quoting and timely follow-ups. This role emphasizes collaboration, CRM discipline, and proactive engagement with customers on quotes, renewals, and inquiries.

You will work from home with a focus on maintaining high standards of responsiveness and quote quality, while leveraging vendor relationships and market knowledge to support team revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in inside sales or related commercial role.
• Experience using CRM, quoting, accounting, vendor, or distributor systems is desirable.
• Formal qualifications are not essential; practical capability and customer focus matter most.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes for hardware, licensing and professional services.
• Work with Client Managers on transactional sales activity from initial request through to quote acceptance and order processing.
• Update HubSpot and maintain CRM data.
• Identify cross-sell and renewal opportunities and coordinate follow-up with the Client Manager.
• Liaise with subject matter experts for complex quotes and approved orders.
• Follow up on quotes and enquiries promptly while keeping the Client Manager informed.
