Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking a part-time accounts receivable specialist to recover past-due balances across multiple products and subscriptions. You’ll use tailored email outreach with phone follow-up and negotiate settlements, escalating to collections or legal action when needed.

You will log activity in Salesforce, collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Legal, and report weekly on aging and recoveries. The role offers 15-20 hours per week with flexible daytime hours.

• Clear, firm, courteous written and phone communication
• Judgment on when to negotiate and when to escalate
• Strong organization across many accounts at different stages

Responsibilities

• Own a book of past-due invoices from first outreach through resolution
• Research clients and identify additional contacts for follow-up
• Run personalized email outreach with phone calls for unresponsive clients
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with appropriate approvals
• Refer high-risk accounts to collections and track to resolution
• Log all activity in Salesforce and flag any billing or contract errors
• Report weekly on aging, recoveries, and account status
