iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Collections Specialist to collaborate across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success. You will manage aging receivables, follow up on past-due invoices, and negotiate payment plans while maintaining professional client engagement.

You will use NetSuite, Salesforce, and Stripe to monitor accounts, verify invoice status, and resolve discrepancies. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential to keep accurate aging reports and support compliant AR operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B collections, accounts receivable, or customer account management experience; 6+ years preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, data cleanup, and report manipulation).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze invoices, statements, and payment histories to resolve discrepancies.
• Effective time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Collections Execution: Conduct outreach to business customers regarding past-due invoices via phone, email, and written communication; Review account histories, contracts, and billing documentation; Negotiate payment commitments and structured payment plans; Investigate and address issues like short pays and disputed invoices; Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions.
• Accounts Receivable Operations: Monitor aging reports; Prioritize follow-up to ensure timely resolution; Collaborate with Billing, Customer Support, Sales, and Finance to resolve discrepancies; Monitor data integrity across NetSuite, Salesforce, and Stripe; Check portals for invoice status and required submissions.
• Customer & Internal Communication: Communicate professionally with accounts payable teams and key customer contacts; Provide account information and payment histories; Escalate high-risk accounts; Maintain positive relationships while upholding policies.
• Systems & Process Support: Utilize NetSuite for day-to-day AR; Use Salesforce to review customer activity; Use Stripe to monitor subscription payments and resolve failures; Work with Excel to analyze data and reconcile accounts; Support SOPs and process improvements.
