Job summary

ROUXEL TP in Manila is seeking a Collection Associate - B2B Accounts Receivable to manage assigned customer portfolios and drive timely collections, supporting healthy cash flow for the business.

You will conduct proactive follow-ups via calls and emails, coordinate with Billing and Sales, resolve payment delays, and maintain complete customer interaction history while meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Role requires 2–5 years in AR/B2B collections.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash processes in a shared services environment.
• Proficient English communication.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer portfolios and aging buckets.
• Conduct collections through calls and emails and follow-up on payments.
• Investigate and resolve payment delays by coordinating with Billing, Sales and Cash Application teams.
• Maintain accurate collection notes, customer correspondence and account status.
• Escalate critical accounts and disputes per governance processes.
• Meet productivity, quality and SLA targets.
• Support AP portal activities, vendor setup requirements and PO-related issues.
