Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limited is seeking a professional for a P2P process SME role in the Philippines. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for vendor and internal stakeholder AP queries, logging and resolving issues via a ticketing system, and ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.

Job description

• Good level of proficiency in the following systems: MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Has expert level of oral & written communication with articulation skills
• Should have a total 4-6 yrs experience in P2P and at least 2+ years of relevant work experience as Subject Matter Expert in similar processes with good communication, organizational, interpersonal skills along with proficiency in MS Excel. Should have good level knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP or JDE), experience in reporting & compliance, capable of handling stringent timelines while interacting with the stakeholders
