Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted is seeking a Supplier Account Management Specialist in the Philippines to perform periodic vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies between vendor records and accounts payable. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and accurate vendor balances.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in P2P, strong MS Excel skills, and expert knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards, along with MS Office tools.

Job description

The Supplier account management Specialist will be responsible for performing periodic vendor statement reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies between vendor records and company accounts payable records, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of vendor balances. The role requires close coordination with vendors, invoice processing teams, procurement teams, and payment teams to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items and maintenance of clean vendor accounts.

• Should have a total 3+ yrs experience in P2P with good communication, organizational, interpersonal skills along with proficiency in MS Excel. Should have good level knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP or JDE), experience in reporting & compliance, capable of handling stringent timelines while interacting with the stakeholders
• Expert knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards
• Expert level of proficiency in the following systems: MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Has proficient level of oral & written communication with articulation skills
