GSS HR Solutions Private Limted is seeking a Supplier Account Management Specialist in the Philippines to perform periodic vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies between vendor records and accounts payable. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and accurate vendor balances.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in P2P, strong MS Excel skills, and expert knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards, along with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in P2P (procure-to-pay) processes.
• Experience in reporting & compliance.
• Ability to meet stringent timelines and stakeholder interactions.
• ERP proficiency SAP or JD Edwards.

Responsabilités

• Perform periodic vendor statement reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between vendor records and AP records.
• Coordinate with vendors, invoice processing, procurement, and payment teams to resolve outstanding items.
• Maintain accuracy of vendor balances.
