Job summary

GSS HR Solutions is seeking an experienced AP Helpdesk Analyst / Specialist – P2P to join our finance and accounting team in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in P2P, including 2+ years in AP helpdesk, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, and hands-on SAP or JD Edwards with Kofax. You will manage helpdesk tickets, assist with payments and month-end close, and collaborate with cross-functional AP teams on a five-day, on-site ANZ shift starting around 2–3 AM IST.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• 2+ years in AP helpdesk role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting.
• Proficiency with SAP or JD Edwards and Kofax.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for vendor and internal AP queries.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
• Support invoice processing, validation, posting, and payments.
• Handle vendor reconciliations, discrepancies, and escalations.
• Collaborate with AP processing, Payments, Master Data Management, and T&E teams.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and provide timely updates.
• Support month-end closing, reporting, compliance, and audit requirements.

• Position: AP Helpdesk Analyst / Specialist – P2P
• Experience: 4–6 years in P2P, including 2+ years of AP helpdesk experience
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting
• ERP: SAP or JD Edwards (JDE)
• Tools: Kofax
• Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 days a week
• Shift: ANZ shift, starting around 2–3 AM IST
• Serve as the first point of contact for vendor and internal Accounts Payable queries.

• Support invoice processing, validation, posting, and payment-related queries.
• Handle vendor reconciliations, blocked invoices, discrepancies, and escalations.
• Collaborate with AP processing, Payments, Master Data Management, and Travel & Expense teams.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and provide timely updates.
• Support month-end closing, reporting, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable processes.
• Experience handling AP helpdesk queries and SME responsibilities.
• Proficiency in SAP or JDE and familiarity with Kofax.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work ANZ shifts and from the office five days a week.
