Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics with ocean exposure.
• Knowledge of marine insurance and INCO terms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with high data-entry accuracy.
• Typing speed of 40–50 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and sets up international Ocean import including liaising between client and carrier, prepares required documentation and insurance.
• Coordinates and sets up international Ocean export including liaising between client and carrier, prepares required documentation and insurance.
• Provides ocean quotes to clients and agents.
• Tracking and tracing with client-visible notes in CW.
• Administrative duties such as approving vendor tasks and billing.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and carriers.
• Reviews export controls regulations and MIGRA compliance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates and sets up international Ocean import including but not limited to liaising between client and carrier, prepares required documentation and sets up insurance.
• Coordinates and sets up international Ocean export including but not limited to liaising between client and carrier, prepares required documentation and sets up insurance.
• Provides ocean quotes to clients and agents.
• Tracking & Tracing and updates client visible notes in CW accordingly.
• Administrative duties such as approving vendor tasks and billing.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and carriers.
• Reviewing and adhering to export controls regulations & MIGRA

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2 years related experience with strong knowledge of logistics
• Knowledge of marine insurance
• Knowledge of INCO terms
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
• Ability to complete tasks in an effective and efficient manner
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and with high keying accuracy
• Deductive reasoning and critical problem-solving skill
• Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute
• High accuracy and attention to detail
