SJK – GUAHAN INC. ( CLUBGOLFCARTS.PH ) seeks a meticulous Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to manage inbound cargo, inventory accuracy, and shipment coordination.
You will handle quotations, costings, and revenue tracking while ensuring precise documentation across local and international shipments. The role requires strong detail orientation, coordination skills, and proficiency with Excel/Word, plus experience with customs processes and freight networks.
The Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing inbound consolidated cargo, maintaining accurate warehouse inventory and movement records, and coordinating shipments to their final destinations. The role will handle shipping and logistics costings, obtain freight quotations, prepare client quotations, and monitor shipment-related revenue. The position requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to manage accurate documentation and reports for all incoming and outgoing cargo.
Receive all inbound materials at our warehouse and prepare for transshipment
Keep inventory reports of incoming shipments stored at our warehouse
Make inventory reports of incoming shipments into our warehouse to include date received, shipper, documents of incoming shipments to include bills of ladings, cargo weights and volume dimensions, packaging, dates.
Get shipping quotations from shipping lines for all our consolidated shipments in our warehouse to their final destinations.
Prepare warehouse costings and all logistics costings pertaining to consolidated cargo bot incoming, container loading and esport of consolidated cargo.
Prepare quotes to clients for warehousing, transport and shipping of all consolidated cargo in our warehouse to their final destination.
Prepare movement reports and inventory of cargo.
Prepare revenue reports for all shipments for all our clients
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, import/export, or supply chain operations.
Experience handling local and international shipments is highly preferred.
With working knowledge or experience in Bureau of Customs (BOC) processes and procedures.
Familiarity with import/export documentation and customs clearance processes.
Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and suppliers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to accurately handle logistics and shipment documents.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Willing to coordinate with different departments, suppliers, and external logistics partners.
Knowledge of BOC online systems and customs documentation.
Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
Experience with importation of equipment, machinery, spare parts, or technical products is an advantage.
Knowledge of freight forwarding and customs brokerage processes.
Experience using ERP, inventory, or logistics management systems is a plus.
