Responsibilities

• Check ready for ship out packing list and book for export.
• Download and check export Commercial Invoice and other export documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with factory/DC on specific customer requirements.
• Ensure all Dangerous Goods items have DG declaration.
• Update waybill information and carry out oracle ship confirmation transactions.
• Reconcile and analyze finished goods system quantity vs documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments on quality issues.
• Ensure on-time pick up of Finished Goods for shipments via AIR.

Responsibilities

• Check ready for ship out packing list and book for export.
• Download and check export Commercial Invoice and other export documentation requirements such as Oracle Delivery Note and Packing list.
• Coordinate with factory/DC on specific customer requirements for labelling/shipping/handling of shipments.i.e. Dangerous goods.
• Ensure all DG items have DG declaration.
• Update waybill information and carry out oracle ship confirmation transactions.
• Reconcile and analyze finished goods system quantity vs documentation.
• Coordinate with factory and DC team on any system quantity issue.
• Collaborate with other concerned departments on any quality, manufacturing or engineering issues.
• Collaborate with Logistics counterpart abroad for virtual transaction of any BFO issues.
• Reconcile system transacted qty vs commercial invoice .
• Create spot quote for the Lanes which are not in MLTRC.
• Collaborate with customers for the quick resolution of their issues.
• Ensure to provide updates of any delays or or changes of shipping information.
• Ensure on-time pick up of Finished Goods for shipments via AIR.
• Coordinate with SCP/OM for the airfreight approval if shipment via AIR.
• Ensure On time delivery of shipments to the customer.
• Recommend improvement of the process
