Centennial Food Corporation is seeking an Export Logistics Assistant to support processing, documentation, coordination, and monitoring of export shipments. The role ensures export orders are properly prepared, documents accurate and complete, and shipment schedules monitored, coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Forwarders, Customs Brokers, and other partners.
Graduate of Logistics or related field with at least 1 year in logistics/export is preferred.
The Export Logistics Assistant provides administrative and operational support in the processing, documentation, coordination, and monitoring of export shipments. The position ensures that export orders are properly prepared, documents are accurate and complete, shipment schedules are monitored, and coordination among Sales, Warehouse, Production, Forwarders, Customs Brokers, and other concerned parties is properly managed.
Prepare and organize export-related documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Instructions, and Export permits
Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Maintain organized and updated records of export documents
Coordinate export shipment schedules with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking companies, and customs brokers
Monitor vessel/flight schedules and shipment deadlines
Receive and review export orders and shipping instructions
Monitor order status from preparation up to shipment
Coordinate with the Warehouse regarding picking, checking, packing, and loading of export orders
Track shipments from dispatch/loading until arrival at the destination
Graduate of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, or related course
At least 1 year experience in logistics, export, import, shipping, or supply chain is preferred
Experience in export documentation and coordination is an advantage
Knowledge of basic customs and shipping procedures is preferred
Computer literate, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and email applications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Willing to coordinate with internal departments and external logistics partners
