Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a branch-based professional to provide competent, timely over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center, while ensuring compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and internal policies.

You will recognize risk areas, help eliminate risks through adherence to bank procedures, and support business objectives via excellent customer service and service-related initiatives of the branch.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Capable to deal with complexity, efficient in decision-making, diligent, and time-management.
• Has controlling and monitoring skills and security awareness.
• Empathic and can easily engage with people.
• Committed to order, quality, and accuracy in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency on par with the Business Center's Service Standards (e.g., standard line wait, service time within acceptable turn around time, error-free processing of transactions).
• Support in various process improvement and technology implementation on all systems being used in the branch and implement accurately in line with the prescribed policies and procedures.
• Capable of engaging with the branch's clients and offering excellent customer service and experience.
• Work in a systematic manner to keep up with administrative functions delegated to them.
